MusafirSIM operates as an authorized storefront for Airalo eSIM services. We facilitate the purchase and provisioning of eSIM products provided by Airalo. All eSIM products and services are subject to Airalo's terms and conditions, available at https://www.airalo.com/legal.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in the selected currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through PayFast. By making a purchase, you agree to PayFast's terms and conditions. We do not store your complete payment card details.

4.3 Order Fulfillment

Upon successful payment, your order will be processed through Airalo. eSIM delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours. We are not responsible for delays caused by Airalo or network providers.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of eSIM products:

• Refunds are generally not available once an eSIM has been delivered
• Refund requests for undelivered or defective products will be handled on a case-by-case basis
• Refund policies are also subject to Airalo's terms and conditions

6. Device Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before making a purchase. We provide general compatibility information, but cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Resell eSIM products without authorization
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MusafirSIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service.

Our services rely on third-party providers (Airalo and PayFast). We are not responsible for the actions, products, or services of these third parties. Your use of their services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
